We have been retained by our client on an incredible opportunity to build a Life Sciences Recruitment Business to sit within their group of companies.
The Role.
This is a well funded Life Sciences build for a London City based Recruitment Group. They are looking for an experienced Life Sciences Recruiter with a proven track record of billing, hiring and growing a Life Sciences Practice who wants to take the next step in their career and build a Life Sciences Recruitment Business.

The type of experience we are looking for.
• An Life Sciences recruiter with a proven track record of billing in excess of £400k p/a
• Someone who wants to take genuine ownership of everything surrounding the day-to-day management of this business
• Someone who wants to build a company of 50 people plus in the next 4 years
• A competent manager and leader
• A confidence in building a business from scratch
• An expert within a vertical or specific market within Life Sciences
