In-House Recruiter 

This is an opportunity to work with one of Londons leading Financial Services Search Firms. 

The Role 

The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all internal hiring.

Duties will include : 

  • Market mapping 

  • Creating Talent Pipelines of relevant candidates 

  • Identifying and contacting relevant candidates for the live internal roles 

  • Conducting initial interviews with suitable candidates 

  • Travelling to global offices to get an understanding of their internal hiring needs and unique cultures 

  • Liaising with external recruitment partners to position the company in the correct way and engage them 

  • Using multiple channels to market live roles  

The Company 

Our client are a Global Financial Services Search Firm. 

Their core markets are Front Office Investment Banking, Quant Trading, Research & Analytics as well as FS Sales

 

This role will be based in their Central London Office but will require travel to Asia and America. This role will also offer remote working.
