Job Title - Researcher

Salary Range - £20,000 - £35,000 p/a

Founded in 2017, our client is a boutique executive search company working with Private Equity, Credit and Hedge Funds. They are a high performing and quality focussed firm. They operate across both contingent and retained search.

They are currently seeking 3 Researchers to join their current team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, driven and capable individual interested in both the financial markets and recruitment space. Our client have proven success of taking junior recruiters to the point of being experts in their field and earning substantial amounts of money.

What are we looking for 

​

- Undergraduate degree in any discipline from an established university

- 6 months plus experience in a researcher role 

- Detailed orientated and organised

- Self-starter who enjoys problem solving

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Hardworking

- Someone who is prepared to learn

Responsibilities 

​

- Updating and maintaining their database and internal reports

- Finding and engaging candidates mainly using LinkedIn

- Booking calls and meetings in for your Principle Consultant 

- Organising interviews with candidates
